Product Marketing Manager (m/f)

At present, Waegener is in the process of expanding the global marketing organization and is specifically looking for a Product Marketing Manager (m/f) to join the team. Based at our Baar (Zug) headquarters

 
 
Roles and Responsibilities
Drive the two-year marketing planning cycle, resulting in well-defined additional product offerings
Develop and implement marketing communications plans
Own economic, market and project data analysis for various countries and the product-market segments Waegener operates in and / or may choose to operate in in the future
Draft plans for new product developments, in close collaboration with management as well as with engineering
Drive sales planning analytics, feeding into Waegener’s supply chain colleagues
Create and maintain any training materials required for Waegener’s distributors or any other partners
Manage the elements of the marketing mix for the assigned product-market combination
Closely collaborate with marketing colleagues as well as other relevant disciplines and
20% travel.
 
Background - must haves
At least seven years of marketing experience
Orthopedic device industry experience
Fluent English, both orally and written
MBA in marketing
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent self-starting capability.
 
Background - desired
Industry experience gained both at large-scale orthopedic organizations and in entrepreneurial settings
Engineering background and
Pre-medical academic training.
