Marketing Support Manager (m/f)

At present, Waegener is in the process of expanding the global marketing organization and is specifically looking for a Marketing Support Manager (m/f) to join the team. Based at our Baar (Zug) headquarters

 
 
Roles and Responsibilities
Play active role in the two-year marketing planning process
Carry out marketing communication plans, including web sites and social media activities
Be strong team player and leader in the marketing team as well as with the distributor partners in various countries
Maintain close watch on key trends occurring in the existing and future markets we operate in
Provide sales training material as well as participate in such trainings
Organize the various medical conferences and trade shows Manage the elements of the marketing mix for the assigned product-market combination
Closely collaborate with marketing colleagues as well as other relevant disciplines and
be willing to travel for up to 40%.
 
Background - must haves
At least five years of marketing and sales support experience
Orthopedic device industry experience
Fluent English, both orally and written
University education
Fluent in German and
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent self-starting capability.
 
Background - desired
Industry experience gained both at large-scale orthopedic organizations and in entrepreneurial settings
Engineering background and
Pre-medical academic training.
